How to apply for courses through VTAC

If you have a student in year 12, who needs help with applying for courses using the VTAC application process I can help.

The VTAC application process can be overwhelming. If your year 12 child is confused and doesn’t know what tertiary courses he or she wants to apply for, I can help by working through:

  • the tertiary (University/TAFE) application processes
  • how to register with VTAC/UAC/QTAC or other admissions centres
  • how to apply for SEAs and Scholarships
  • how to research courses
  • how to order/re-order course preferences
  • what to do when you receive your ATAR/tertiary offer
  • how to defer enrolment and organise a gap year
  • how to job search/create a good job application for summer jobs etc

Please note that there are different application requirements for students wishing to pursue a place in a medical degree, performing arts, creative arts and international courses.

If your year 9, 10, year 11 or year 12 child is looking into: medicine; theatre; dance; a course that requires a portfolio of work as part of their application, or at international universities, I recommend that you contact me to discuss their career coaching needs.
